Each box has a pull out drawer where you will find a selection of chocolates and a greeting card. We will print your personalized message, and seal it with a Hot Wax Rose Stamp. The arrangement is custom wrapped and completed with a ribbon.

Custom and Corporate Orders

Our boxes can hold up to 70 Roses. Personalize your special arrangement with 50 or 70 Roses. We can order Roses in any colour of your choice. Please allow few weeks for any customization.

Our Signature Round Boxes with front drawer come in 2 colours, White and Black.
We have updated our Logo that is now Hot Stamped on the box.
Round boxes have a hidden drawer that is filled with selection of chocolates.
Premium selection of fresh Ecuadorian or Columbian fresh roses.
White custom card, your personal message sealed with a hot wax rose stamp. Greeting card is placed in the drawer with chocolates.
Boxes wrapped in gold wrapping paper and clear foil, completed with Enchanted ribbon.

Delivery information

Our deliveries are scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Morning delivery window from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and Afternoon between 1:00pm and 6:00pm.
There will be NO delivery Time changes on the Day off your scheduled delivery. We will bring back your arrangement and there will be additional $15 to reschedule.
If you require delivery outside of our regular scheduled time please contact us for availability and arrangements.
We are a boutique florist and all of our designs are custom made for our clients. In order to secure your arrangement, all orders must be placed NO LATER than FRIDAY at NOON week prior to delivery.
For all Deliveries Outside of city of Calgary Limits addition $15 delivery fee will apply. Please email us before completing your order on line.
Please provide correct address, contact details, phone number, and ensure someone will be available to accept delivery. If recipient is not available at the delivery source of contact, your Arrangement will be brought back and delivery will be re- scheduled and additional delivery fee charged. There will be no refunds for Rose Boxes that are undeliverable once time and date is confirmed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All prices are subject to delivery charges and applicable taxes
Your order will be confirmed and put into our delivery schedule ONLY when full payment has been accepted.
All orders have to be placed NO Later than FRIDAY at NOON, for the following week delivery.
Order can be cancelled with minimum 24 hours notice after placing an order.
Once your Enchanted Rose Box is delivered and accepted there will be NO REFUNDS!
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we will not accept any exchanges or refunds once roses have been delivered.
We DO NOT offer any guarantees once roses are delivered, there are simply too many environmental factors that can influence the life of your roses once delivered.
Not all roses will open fully and we have no control over flowers and their lifespan once they are delivered.
Roses come in different sizes therefore it is impossible to determine the exact quantity of roses in each box. The colour and shade may vary, as well as it is completely normal for some roses to show bruising in their lifetime.
DO NOT pull roses out of the box as they are inserted into wet Oasis foam allowing them to have constant water supply.
We Reserve the right to replace any unavailable roses with another of same or greater value, colour, shade, size.
We will not be liable for any failure to deliver, due to Force Majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, terrorism, accidents, war, labour disputes or strikes and during Winter Storms.
